Need assistance on your Android phone or tablet, then install the TeamViewer QuickSupport app and Next Century Support will take control of your Android SmartPhone to assist you.
1. Download the app for your device from this link: Teamviewer QuickSupport
2. Open the QuickSupport app and if it is the first time, you will need to accept the EULA (End User Licence Agreement) & DPA (Data Processing Agreement) by tapping on AGREE AND CONTINUE
3. Swipe to the left to scroll through the three information screens, then tap on DONE
4. If you have a Samsung SmartPhone, you will then be prompted with the Knox licence activation, tap on Agree
5. Then with newer versions of Android, you will then see Special app access required, tap on SETTINGS
Find QuickSupport on the list and tap the tab to enable it, then tap your back arrow to return to Teamviewer.
6. Provide Next Century Support your ID or you can tap on SEND MY ID... to send via Email or SMS
4. Next Century will request a remote connection, you will need to tap on Allow to approve this
NOTE: If prompted to Allow QuickSupport to access this device's location, this is your decision as it makes no difference to how the app works.
5. You will next be prompted to Start recording or casting with QuickSupport, tap on Start now
6. Once the session is complete, either Next Century Support will click the X in TeamViewer QuickSupport or you can to close Teamviewer and end the session.
