If you get the error message “Your organization’s polices are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk.” when you click on a hyperlink (URL) in Microsoft Outlook.
Then it might simply be an issue with your default browser settings and to solve you need to fix your default browser settings, follow these steps:
1. Firstly, make sure Microsoft Outlook is closed
2. Open Settings > Apps > Default apps > Web Browser and select the web browser you want as the default
3. Open Outlook and test an Hyperlink (URL)
