As standard, Acronis True Image cannot backup exchange and iMAP emails accounts as OST files are been omitted from the backup, this is a limitation of Microsoft Windows.
Here is a way you can fix this but it is only a temporary fix, as updates in Windows reset this registry settings.
1. Open Windows Registry Editor by searching for "regedit" in the search box (Type here to search)
2. Locate this key in the registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToSnapshot
3. Delete the OutlookOST subkey (marked in green in the image below)
4. Now create a new backup and this will contain your exchange or iMAP *.ost file/s
